Employment

I worked at several preschools before finding my home at Kids Harbor. I have been with this school for two years and can honestly say that the respect and appreciation shown to all members of the staff by the owners and management is something I have never experienced before.

I love the Core Knowledge curriculum and the way it strives to build a solid learning foundation upon which the children will continue to build throughout their lives.

I am proud to work for this early learning center and know it has earned the privilege of being called one. Young minds are being nourished within these walls every day.

As I come to the end of my first year here, I know that it is far from my last! As a fully-certified teacher, I thought my dream job was at a “big school.” However, comparing my 4 years of experience at an elementary school to working here at Kids Harbor, Rosebud, I have changed my mind. Here, I am able to focus on just teaching, loving and enjoying my students. The support from parents, management and my peers has been fantastic and it’s true that time flies when you’re having fun. I look forward to another year at Kids Harbor, and eventually retirement (but no time soon)!
